About this tour
Toledo was the capital of Spain for centuries and a great centre of learning where Muslim, Christian and Jewish scholars worked side by side. The whole old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Your driver first takes you to the Mirador del Valle for the famous panoramic view of the city. Then walk with your guide through the lanes to the Mosque of Cristo de la Luz, built in 999 during the Caliphate of Córdoba, the magnificent cathedral and the old Jewish quarter, with time for lunch and for the shops of damascene metalwork and swords.

Questions
Can we combine Toledo and Segovia?
Yes, in a long day, but we recommend separate days to enjoy both.
Is Toledo hilly?
Yes, the old town is on a hill. There are public escalators from the car park, and the driver drops you close to the centre.
