About this tour
Start early to climb the Acropolis at opening time, when the marble is cool and the paths are quiet. A licensed guide brings the Parthenon and the Erechtheion to life, then you continue to the Acropolis Museum to see the original statues in the air-conditioned galleries.
After lunch and free time in Plaka, the driver takes the coast road south along the Athens Riviera, with a stop for a swim or an ice cream on the way. The day ends at the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion, high above the Aegean, for one of the most beautiful sunsets in Greece.
The programme is private and flexible: stop for prayer, photos or rest whenever you like.

Questions
Is the Acropolis difficult for elderly parents?
There is a walk uphill on uneven marble. An elevator exists for visitors with reduced mobility - tell us before and we check it is working on your date.
Can we do only the Acropolis and the Riviera?
Of course. It is your private day; we adapt the programme to your family.
